Important panoramic print depicting a lively high society scene, characteristic of the satirical and elegant world of SEM, a major graphic chronicler of Parisian society in the first third of the 20th century.
This work is a vintage phototype, a high-quality photomechanical process widely used for art publishing and prestige publications in the 1900s–1930s.
This process allows for an extremely faithful reproduction of the original line, without any visible halftone, while also permitting large formats.
