Pair Of "saarinen" Style Chairs, 1950s/60s Design
Pair of 1960s chairs reminiscent of Eero Saarinen's iconic designs for Knoll. Stained teak frame, tapered splayed legs, the front ones ending in metal feet. Upholstered in non-original textured velvet in almond green and glacier blue, in very good, clean condition. Solid and stable chairs, providing a comfortable, enveloping seat. Some minor signs of wear on the legs, but these do not affect their use. A label, likely from the manufacturer, can be seen on the underside of each chair. They are perfect at the end of a dining table, in a home office or living room, or even as occasional chairs in a bedroom. Height to the top of the backrest: 67 cm. Seat height: 43 cm. Seat width: 43 cm.
