Charming little elephant in gilt bronze, originally mounted on a marble base.
Signed on the right hind leg: J. GRANIER.
Period: Second half of the 19th century, circa 1880-1900.

Condition: The bronze is in good condition with a lovely patina; the base shows some wear consistent with age and use.
