18th-century Burgundian Walnut Oratory
A molded, light walnut wood oratory. It opens with a front door revealing a drawer inside, complete with its lock and key. The drop-front forms a writing surface, formerly fitted with a lock, now missing. High-quality craftsmanship. Very good condition with a beautiful waxed patina. Provenance: Burgundy. Period: first half of the 18th century.
