Biography:
Prosper LECOURTIER 1855/1924:
Animal sculptor, born in Grémilly in 1855 and died in Paris around 1924. French School. Student of Emmanuel Fremiet and François Coutant; Third-class medal in 1880, second-class in 1879, bronze in 1900, first-class in 1902.
