Large Polychrome Porcelain Platter with Bronze Mount – Floral and Fruit Decoration – Ø 28 cm. This very elegant round porcelain platter is presented in an openwork bronze mount with two side handles. A refined decorative piece, ideal as a centerpiece, on a sideboard, or in a display case. Description: The porcelain basin is decorated with polychrome motifs in cobalt blue, orange-red, and green tones, enhanced with fine details. The central motif depicts a stylized vase of flowers resting on a small ledge, surrounded by insects and plant motifs. The rim is divided into reserves alternating between deep blue and red backgrounds, embellished with stylized fruit, flowering branches, and ornamental motifs of oriental inspiration. The whole is encircled by a finely crafted gilt bronze mount with openwork decoration and a beaded frieze. Two cast bronze side handles with vegetal decoration complete the composition.
