Restoration Period Pedestal Table In Mahogany And Sainte Anne Grey Marble, Circa 1820
A Restoration-era mahogany veneer gueridon, circa 1820. Resting on a tripod base with lion's paw feet, the central shaft supports a circular, double-grooved Saint Anne grey marble top. This top has been professionally restored. The restoration blends seamlessly into the stone's grain and is only truly visible when viewed against the light. The piece is in good condition overall, with some minor wear and discreet sun damage to the woodwork.
