An elegant Rococo reliquary in gilt and silvered wood, finely carved, bearing the arms of the Carmelites and housing in a central niche an important ex-ossibus relic of Saint Francis, Confessor. Resting on a velvet cloth, it is surrounded by a montage of gilt cannetille, pearls, and colored glass beads.
On the back are five seals of a German congregation.
A work from southern Germany in very good condition.
