Art Deco Silver-Plated Champagne Bucket – Reneka. Silver-plated champagne bucket from the French firm Reneka (Strasbourg). Circa 1930-1950, in the Art Deco style. With a slightly flared conical shape, it features a clean and modern design typical of the aesthetics of tableware between the two World Wars. The body is decorated with a stylized relief design. Founded in 1919 in Alsace, Reneka specialized from the 1920s onwards in high-end silver-plated tableware for the hotel and fine dining industries. Good overall condition, minor surface scratches, no dents. Viewable at Galerie Courcelles Antiquités, 97 rue de Courcelles, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
