"Gilded Carved Wooden Frame, 19th Century"
A 19th-century carved and gilded wooden frame, richly decorated with Louis XV-inspired motifs such as shells, scrolls, and floral elements in relief. The finely crafted decoration highlights the meticulous workmanship and beautiful depth of the carving. The antique gilding has a natural patina with slight wear consistent with age. Good overall condition apart from a small chip visible in the photograph.
