Art Deco Cup 1930 by Master Glassmaker Pierre d'Avesn. Flared in shape, this cup is crossed by stylized, refined and ribbed leaves in relief on a bluish patinated background. Pierre Girre, dit Pierre d'Avesn, is one of the major figures of the Art Deco movement, he was trained with René Lalique, a student of François Décorchemont at the School of Decorative Arts, he also worked for Daum.
