1 178 An elegant Transition-style display cabinet dating from the early 20th century (typical of the Faubourg region) – The cabinet features a two-door glazed front framed with fruitwood veneer arranged in a herringbone pattern, highlighted by fine stringing. The curved uprights rest on cabriole legs terminating in bronze sabots. The lower rail is adorned with a rich carved decoration of foliate scrolls. The top is finished with the original white marble slab veined with gray, adding elegance and contrast to the piece. The sides are also glazed, providing ample interior light and allowing for the ideal display of porcelain, glassware, or collectibles. The interior is fitted with glass shelves.
