Fratino-style table, of 17th-century taste, inspired by the trestle table model, made through the assembly of antique materials, carried out at a later date using quality wooden elements consistent with the historical typology. The table is entirely crafted in walnut wood, featuring a rectangular top with well-balanced proportions, supported by two trestles with turned legs resting on shaped bases, connected by a sturdy central stretcher. The structural design faithfully reflects 17th-century models common in Central and Northern Italy, originally intended for representative rooms and large communal spaces. The top shows natural signs of age and light wood splits, consistent with the age of the materials and not affecting structural integrity, adding to the authentic character of the piece. The surface retains a warm, well-harmonised patina, visually convincing and pleasing. From a conservation standpoint, the table is in good overall condition, solid and stable, ready for use. Its generous dimensions and sober design make it suitable for both traditional interiors and contemporary settings that value authentic materials and strong character.Dimensions: 232 × 64 × 79 cm (W × D × H)For further information, photographs or technical details, please do not hesitate to contact us.
