Saint Stanislaus Kostka, born in 1550 in Rostkowo, Poland, was a young Jesuit renowned for his piety and devotion. Raised in a noble family, he chose the path of faith despite his father's opposition. At the age of 17, he joined the Jesuits in Vienna, where he distinguished himself by his fervor and asceticism. His life was marked by profound contemplation and an ardent love for Jesus Christ. He died prematurely at the age of 18, but his example inspired many young people to follow his spiritual path. Canonized in 1726, he is now venerated as the patron saint of young students.
