Marseilles quilt in double-sided printed cotton (late 19th century) with a design of scattered flowers and sprigs on an ecru or light cream background. Condition : There are a few relatively discreet signs of confinement, as they blend into the design (see photos), as well as a few missing stitches. However, this quilt is in very good overall condition, without any weaknesses, snags, or wear.
Professional cleaning was carried out using a suitable program to avoid altering the nature of the materials or the tones, and to preserve the distribution of the filling between the layers of fabric.
