Beautiful and large wedding blanket (late 19th century) in waffle cotton pique, with double MS monogram, embroidered on two sides decorated with a large festoon embroidered with large daisies in sprigs. Initials inscribed in a large cartouche. All the white embroidery is done in satin stitch, bourdon stitch and cordonnet. Beautiful quality of work and material with generous relief. Antique white linen, washed and ironed.
