The mirror is richly and finely carved with asymmetrical scrolls and foliate tendrils. Its frame is decorated with a scalloped edge and carved in relief. The pediment is adorned with a stylized Rococo cartouche. It has a very attractive patina, and its original mercury glass is delicately marked by time.
