Important Baccarat Crystal Chandelier – 19th Century. Superb Baccarat cut crystal chandelier, dating from the 19th century, of fine quality and richly ornamented. The finely crafted bronze frame supports an abundant array of drops, octagonal plaques, and faceted drops, offering a beautiful diffusion of light. The central stem and arms are highlighted with numerous cut crystal elements, characteristic of Baccarat's 19th-century production. The chandelier is equipped with 8 lights (later rewired) and is in working order. Dimensions: Height: 106 cm Diameter: 76 cm Condition: Good overall condition for its age. Some dust and light oxidation are present on the frame; a few drops may be old or have been replaced, but there are no major losses. The crystal is translucent and free of cracks.
