Louis XVI Style Mahogany Display Cabinet
A small Louis XVI style mahogany display cabinet. It rests on four fluted legs ending in bronze sabots. The lower section is quite unique, featuring two drawers that form a chest of drawers! The front opens with a glass door, and the sides are also glazed. The interior offers two glass shelves, with a mirrored back to reflect the objects inside. The cane uprights are finished with gilded bronze ornaments. The top is Carrara marble surrounded by an openwork bronze gallery. The side panels and drawer fronts are embellished with brass trim.
