Half-moon Display Case Attributed To Paul Sormani, Late 19th Century
Elegant Louis XVI style half-moon shaped display cabinet in mahogany veneer, richly decorated with chiseled and gilded bronzes. Beautiful original gilding Attributed to Paul Sormani (1817-1877) Late 19th century It has four curved windows in the upper part, two of which open on the front. A drawer is integrated into the belt, and the base has a spacer shelf connecting the four rudentée fluted legs. Top in gray Turquin marble, surrounded by an openwork gilt bronze gallery. Usual restoration carried out in our workshop. French polish finish. Very good condition.
