Collector Showcase With Coat Of Arms
Beautiful showcase of Louis XVI style castle. Walnut carved and enhanced with gilding. Part cabinet opens with two large glass doors. The pediment is decorated with coat of arms and the motto "Fides and Patria". The lower part in console is with a plateau overflowing. Beautiful spacer connecting the four feet. Abundant stylized decor of pearls, garlands, firepot, rudent grooves, tracery, torches ... Exceptional furniture from a castle in the Lyon region. Period late nineteenth century. Height 291 cm, width 260, depth 83. Sold in used condition: slits, wormholes, old reinforcements, gaps, no key, only one spoke.
