Artist: Tolède
Bronzed iron hilt, composed of a crossguard with straight quillons, a central protective bridge, and a pommel. The wooden grip, with Solomonic carving and iron filigree, has "Turk's head" ferrules at both ends. The steel blade, finely engraved on a black bronzed background, features on one side the simplified coat of arms of the House of Austria of Spain and, on the other, the inscription "FÁBRICA DE TOLEDO" (date removed). Very good condition. Minor pitting on the blade. Overall length: 39 cm.
