Superb and rare early 18th-century Telleruhr-type clock, made in southern Germany around 1700.
Silvered dial with Roman numerals for the hours and minutes, surrounded by a beautiful silvered copper decoration depicting various figures in a floral setting.
Very fine gilt brass hands.
Gilt brass movement with verge escapement and a "cow's tail" type pendulum on the front of the dial.
In very good working order.
