Solid Silver Rococo-style Sugar Shaker, Late 19th Century

Artist: Jules Monney Orfèvre
A perfect example of the Louis XV style, this elegant sugar shaker is decorated with garlands of flowers and plant motifs. It bears two hallmarks: the French Minerva 1st standard mark and the hallmark of the silversmith Jules Monney, dating from the period 1884-1895. It therefore dates from the late 19th century. It is in very good condition. Its weight: 140g. Its height: 17.5 cm.
