Large Oval Beveled Mirror - 19th Century
An exceptional and rare oval beveled mirror from the Napoleon III period. Made of wood gilded with gold leaf, the pediment is richly decorated with a Louis XV shell, oak leaves, vine leaves and bunches of grapes, as well as a decoration of fruits and flowers. The rim of the mirror is decorated with vine leaves, and the bottom is adorned with a ribbon intertwined with vine leaves and grapes.
