A brass officer's clock in perfect working order, with impeccable glass, in its red leather case with an internal Cartier label and a Cartier lettering on the back of the case with addresses in Paris and London. The London boutique opened in 1902 for the coronation of King Edward VII, then moved to a new address in 1908. This clock was sold between 1902 and 1908. The case is complete, with its key and the leather sliding front panel, which also includes a replacement glass panel. The handle shows signs of wear. The lid bears the monogram HD. The clock is intact, as is the dial, which is free of repairs or damage. It also has a small dial for the alarm time. The case measures 10cm x 9cm and is 13.5cm high.
