The rim is decorated with a wide, deep blue band enhanced with a gold design composed of foliate scrolls, palmettes, and stylized florets, all surrounded by wide gold lines. In the center, a circular gilt medallion is adorned with a radiating rosette (wheel motif). Mark: In red stencil "DARTE FRERE - PARIS". Dimensions: Length 24 cm - Width 23.6 cm. Condition: PERFECT CONDITION - Minimal wear to the gilding from use. Period: EARLY 19TH CENTURY.
