Large, bulbous ceramic pitcher in a grey-green color, decorated with three figures. Between 1920 and 1938. Height: 29 cm Diameter: 25 cm Marked Marco Quart Girona. Titled in Catalan, incised on the body beneath each figure: La Montanya - La Mar - La Plana (The Mountains - The Sea - The Plains). Three figures sculpted in relief represent: - for the sea, a fisherman carrying a net in front of his Catalan boat; - for the plains, a farmer hoeing the land; - for the mountains, a shepherd leaning on his crook in front of his flock. Handle and neck with a twisted motif.
