Oil on panel signed by Louis Floutier, a French painter of the early 20th century, depicting a farmhouse in the Leispar district of Saint-Étienne-de-Baïgorry, located in Lower Navarre (Basque Country). The composition, enlivened by a figure in the foreground, sensitively captures the vernacular architecture and rural atmosphere of the Basque hinterland. An authentic work, sold with a certificate of authenticity issued by Mary-Anne Prunet, a specialist on the artist.
