Arthur Waagen Pendulum "time Is Money"

Artist: Arthur Waagen (1833-1898
Large and rare patinated metal clock with two vases decorated with bearded men. The clock is signed Arthur Waagen (1833-1898) and titled "Time is Money." The clock features a smiling young woman adorned with coins and cornucopias. The proverb "Time is Money" comes from the work of Benjamin Franklin, published in George Fisher's 1748 book, *The American Instructor*, in which Franklin wrote: "Remember that time is money." The set is in excellent condition; the clock is working. There is a small chip on one of the two decorative vases (see photo). Shipping: 50 to 80 euros by courier.
