Attractive Coin-weighting Scale, Mid-19th Century, Complete, Good Condition

A beautiful object: a flat wooden box with a lid of gilt paper and shagreen-like leather, opening with two iron hooks. It reveals a two-sided interior lined with purple silk and silver trim, containing everything needed to weigh continental European coins of mid-19th century.
Not a single one of the 15 weights is missing, along with 3 blades, a balance scale and its two pans. The only missing parts are silk cords for pans, which have given up the ghost due to their age.
Each weight is stamped with initials: EZ from the balance maker.
A beautiful and somewhat rare object. Origin: Flanders or Denmark?
