Brass handle with fifteen grooves.
Domed rivet knob.
Crossguard marked ‘FH 8219’.
Yatagan-type blade with hollow sides, marked ‘Mre d'armes de Chât spbre 1873’ (Chât arms manufacturer, September 1873), inspection marks.
Steel sheet scabbard with bridge, oval chape.
Bayonet used for Egyptian Remington rifle, calibre 44.
