Antique Louis Philippe Neapolitan Desk From The 19th Century.

Antique Neapolitan Louis Philippe desk in mahogany with a chiseled leather top, dating back to the first half of the 19th century.

The top is covered in leather chiseled with 24kt gold, surrounded by a mahogany crotchet border.

The front features five drawers embellished with bone drawer pulls, including the large one with a leather-covered writing surface above.

The curved legs are embellished with a leaf-shaped carving and joined by mixtilinear crosspieces.

The opposite side mirrors the main one.

Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional shellac and alcohol method, handmade.
