The quadrangular base is adorned on three sides with Sèvres porcelain panels depicting French noblewomen.

The top of the base features a profusion of racemes and flowers alternating with cherubs in joyful poses.

The upper section is adorned with a porcelain cup featuring a romantic scene at its center, surmounted by a bronze pinecone.
