"Lunéville Soup Tureen - Early 19th Century"
Lunéville Tureen - Early 19th Century. Elongated polychrome earthenware tureen, fired at low temperature. Artichoke-shaped finial. Decorated with bouquets of tulips, roses, and carnations. In perfect condition. No restoration. No chips. Note two tiny hairlines, three small marks from the kiln under the lid, some glaze shrinkage from firing visible from the inside, and a small loss of polychromy on one tulip. Width 29 cm, height 21 cm
