The clock features refined decoration, enlivened at the bottom by two finely sculpted putti (cherubs) framing the central section. The enamel dial with cartouches and Roman numerals is set within an elaborately chased mount. The whole is surmounted by a substantial openwork decoration of vegetal motifs.
The perfectly matching candelabra are decorated with a central cherub and have four finely foliate arms, resting on a shaped base with rich Louis XV decoration. A superb decorative set, ideal for a mantelpiece or console table, bringing elegance and character to any interior.
