18th-century Paper Filigree Reliquary Containing 12 Relics
Reliquary with paper filigree and glass cabochons containing twelve relics, 18th century: - 2 Saint Felix - Saint Peter - Saint Just - Saint Victoria - Saint Felicite - Saint Vincent - Saint Teresa of Jesus - Saint Mary Magdalene - Saint John - Saint Paul - Saint Francis de Sales. The paper filigree in the form of ears of wheat and bunches of grapes is tiered, giving the reliquary a beautiful depth. The reliquary has never been removed from its frame. The glazed interior is in excellent condition, with some minor losses to the edges of the giltwood frame. Frame dimensions: 31 cm x 27 cm. Visible dimensions: 23 cm x 19.5 cm. Price is firm.
