Sailor's Virgin
We present this polychrome Virgin and Child, enhanced by a later base. This beautiful object originally stood on a barge traveling on the Loire River and dates from the early 17th century. The Virgin is crowned and has very long hair; the Child's arms have been amputated. A very beautiful object. Weight 792 g. Shipping extra (E26).
