"Mid-19th Century Small John Walker Officer "
Elegant small official's clock, in gilded brass, with glass parts. The clock features a dial embellished with floral motifs and Arabic numerals. The dial also features the name of the watchmaker, John Walker, and the manufacturer, which is French. The clock is in excellent condition and was used by officers, hence the name, as a travel alarm clock. The official's clock is in working order and chimes the hours and half-hours. It is an object of great taste and class, capable of lending a touch of elegance and antiquity to any space. French manufacture, second half of the 19th century.
