"Saint Clement Earthenware Holy Water Font"
Saint-Clément Faience Holy Water Font - Early 19th Century. Polychrome faience holy water font, fired using the low-fire technique, in a form characteristic of this manufacturer. It features a hole in the top of the cross, a ribbed basin with a pointed finial, and a heart surmounted by a cross. Some examples are reproduced in the reference book (see photos). They are in perfect condition, except for the 3rd and 4th, which have one and two small chips respectively on the basin. No cracks, no restoration. They can be sold individually at €70 each.
