About us Rocaille has a showroom in Montpellier, in the south of France, and an office in England. We regularly ship between the UK, Ireland, and France. We also ship worldwide. We specialize in European decorative furniture and decorative objects for the home, garden, and commercial spaces. We supply antiques to the general public, interior designers, film set designers, and commercial businesses.

Delivery Our main warehouse is located in Montpellier, in the south of France. The majority of our stock is shipped from this location. For small items under 20 kg and with a circumference of 180 cm (W + H x 2), the package measures approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm. Delivery takes 7 to 14 days depending on your location. Customs fees may apply to your package, payable upon delivery. Please contact our dedicated team for more information before purchasing. Large items to the UK and EU: These items are shipped via our own carriers operating between the UK, France, and Spain. We aim to ship these items within 2 to 4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, but delivery times may vary. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Large items - International Delivery: We will need your full address to obtain the actual shipping cost from our carrier partners. Once all costs are agreed upon, we will arrange packing and crating if necessary. The shipment will then be handed over to our freight forwarding partners and booked for the next available departure. Delivery time can vary from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination. If you do not have a customs broker to handle customs duties (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our transport partners can assist you. These international deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks. Insurance: For any shipment with paid-for additional insurance, in the event of damage during transit, any damage must be reported immediately to the final destination carrier and to us so that we can initiate the claims process. Returns: In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a return and refund. Returned items must be in the original packaging as received. Items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer must inform the relevant shipping company that it is a return and cover all costs.
