Condition Report: The beautiful green fabric shows some wear - see images. There are also signs of old woodworm on the furniture - treated. Delivery: Our main warehouse is located in Montpellier, in the South of France. The majority of our stock is shipped from this location. For small items under 20 kg and with a circumference of 180 cm (W + H x 2), the package measures approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm. Delivery takes 7 to 14 days depending on your location. Overseas Delivery: We will need your full address to obtain the actual shipping cost from our partner carriers. Once all costs are agreed, we will arrange packing and crating if required. The shipment will then be handed over to our freight forwarding partners in the UK and booked for the next crossing. Delivery time can vary from 2 to 4 weeks depending on your destination. If you do not have a customs broker to handle customs duties (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our transport partners can assist you. These overseas deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks. Insurance: For any shipment with additional insurance, in the event of damage during transit, please report any damage immediately to the destination carrier and to us so that we can begin the claim process. Claims/Returns: In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging as received. Items must be returned in their original condition.
