Baroque Chest Of Drawers From The 18th Century (circa 1760), After Restoration.
An 18th-century Baroque commode (circa 1760), in superb condition after restoration. It features four ball-jointed feet, a slightly curved front, and three drawers of equal depth. The drawer fronts are adorned with marquetry in a wide ribbon motif framing rectangular fields. The top and side panels are also decorated with marquetry that highlights the natural beauty of the wood grain. The hardware is likely later additions, and the locks have been replaced. Condition: Very good after restoration by a renowned workshop. Origin: Poland or Germany. Materials: Walnut and other woods, including mahogany and boxwood. Dimensions: Length 102 cm, depth 60 cm, height 80 cm. I highly recommend this piece at a very attractive price. Investing in Baroque furniture is an excellent idea!
