This sculpture can be attributed to Austin Productions Inc., a well-known American publisher active in the mid-20th century, recognized for its modern decorative figures inspired by dance and the classical nude. Austin models were most commonly produced in resin or composite materials with a bronze-style finish; plaster examples are less common and are often associated with production models or early editions.
