This large pair of Desvres earthenware pieces depicts a Breton couple.
The man is dressed in his traditional costume, and the elderly woman carries a large bundle of wood. Excellent condition with a superb glaze that plays with the light like enamels.
Signed on the base and impressed marks inside.
Very good overall condition.
