A Neapolitan Louis Philippe mirror from the first half of the 19th century, entirely carved, engraved, and gilded with gold leaf.

The mirror presents itself as a triumph of carved wood, with a movement that develops from bottom to top, where its full finesse can be appreciated.

The cymatium is a succession of rocaille scrolls.

Two feet with a rocaille motif contribute to the elegance and refinement of this splendid piece.

The mirror is made of mercury glass and is contemporary with the wooden frame.
