Antique Napoleon III Sideboard, 19th Century. France

French Napoleon III sideboard in fine exotic woods, dating back to the second half of the 19th century.

The front features two closed central doors and two side glass doors with shelves.

The four projecting corners are embellished with expertly carved gilded bronze elements depicting mythological characters.

The mixtilinear base connects the cushioned feet and is highlighted by gilded bronze fittings.

The interior features two adjustable shelves with a ladder system, while the key and lock are original.

Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional shellac and alcohol method.
