A pair of Louis XVI period lacquered bergère armchairs, each with two fluted columns framing a straight back adorned with pearls, heart-shaped motifs, and plumes at the top. The seat rail and tapered legs are carved with fluting. Upholstered in needlepoint on a silk ground, the traditional trim and woodwork are in very good condition.
