A playful little bronze sculpture, late 19th century, depicting a satyr with goat legs and pointed ears, placing his right hand on the genitals of the naked young woman he holds close. She leans on his left thigh or pushes him away. She doesn't seem overly shy. Her body is ravishing. Despite the bronze's small size, the details are fine, and the sculpture is of high quality. Column base, green marble veined with black and white. France.
