Mazarin Rechampi Desk
A very fine Mazarin desk, partly 18th century and early 19th century. The top and its case are 19th century; it opens from the front to reveal four side drawers with period locks, and a central drawer beneath which is a small compartment. The base is entirely 18th century, with the eight legs supported by stretchers.
